Job summary

Thesis Care is seeking a passionate nurse practitioner to join as a foundational member of our clinical operations team. This is a versatile, remote role combining hands-on care management with collaboration on AI-enabled workflows and quality standards.

You will support care management, prior authorizations, and clinical documentation improvement, while coaching staff and refining processes to ensure safe, high‑quality care at scale.

Qualifications

• Active NP licensure required.
• 2–5 years direct patient care and care management experience.
• Experience with healthtech startups or digital care platforms beneficial.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact clinical work: care management outreach and chronic condition follow‑ups.
• Support complex clinical workflows: review authorizations, appeals, and admin tasks.
• Provide quality oversight: audits, identify gaps, and improve scorecards.
• Develop clinical content and onboard staff to Thesis workflows.
• Partner with product/engineering as a clinical SME and test new capabilities.
