Job summary

Synthires is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to evaluate and improve AI-driven healthcare content remotely in the United States. You will apply clinical expertise to assess AI-generated clinical content and patient care workflows.

The role requires at least 4 years as an NP/APRN, active RN licensure, and graduate-level nursing education. Commit to 20+ hours per week with hourly compensation of $120–$150. Immediate start for selected candidates.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or similar advanced practice nursing role.
• Active RN licensure and graduate-level nursing education.
• Experience diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical assessments, treatment plans, and patient education materials for accuracy and quality.
• Compare AI responses based on clinical reasoning, diagnostic soundness, and adherence to medical guidelines.
• Review clinical scenarios involving diagnosis, treatment planning, medication decisions, and patient education.
• Provide expert feedback to improve accuracy and reliability of AI-generated clinical content.
