Job summary

Synthires is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and advanced practice nursing professionals to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. You’ll apply your clinical expertise to assess AI-generated healthcare content, clinical reasoning, and patient care workflows.

Responsibilities include evaluating AI-generated clinical assessments, treatment plans, and patient education materials for accuracy; reviewing clinical scenarios; and providing expert feedback to improve AI

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of NP or related advanced practice nursing experience.
Active RN licensure with graduate-level nursing education.
Experience diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses.
Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated clinical assessments, treatment plans, and patient education materials for accuracy and quality.
Compare AI responses based on clinical reasoning, diagnostic soundness, and adherence to medical guidelines.
Review clinical scenarios involving diagnosis, treatment planning, medication decisions, and patient education.
Provide expert feedback to improve the accuracy and reliability of AI-generated clinical content.
