Job summary

University of Miami Health System is seeking a Nurse Navigator to coordinate cancer care journeys remotely, triaging new patient appointments, assessing barriers to care, and guiding patients through the treatment continuum. You will educate patients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, mentor staff, and help identify referral needs, trials, and survivorship resources.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Triages new patient appointments and coordinates with providers.
