Job summary

Aura Health is seeking a licensed registered nurse to provide remote and occasional in-person patient education on medication administration and treatment adherence. The role covers education across multiple territories, with travel up to 50% and some home visits.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license (California license if in Mountain or Pacific time zones), a BSN is preferred, and at least five years of clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech

Qualifications

Active RN license (California license if in Mountain or Pacific time zones).
Bachelor's degree; BSN preferred.
Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings.
Proficiency with virtual platforms, documentation tools, MS Office, and iPad technology.
Valid driver's license with acceptable record and ability to travel up to 50% for fieldwork.
Private home workspace required.

Responsibilities

Deliver patient education via telehealth platforms and in-person visits, including home visits and at approved locations.
Assist patients in connecting with program resources and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to protocols, and ensure compliance with standards.
Mentor new team members and participate in training and quality improvement initiatives.
