Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Flex Nurse Educator to deliver remote patient education and medication training for chronic disease management. The role supports in-field visits to cover territory vacancies and LOA, with travel up to 50%.

A current RN license and multi-state licensure are preferred, plus bilingual English/Spanish capabilities. Flex Nurse Educator works through virtual platforms and may travel for in-person sessions, maintaining privacy, compliance, and high educational standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or BSN preferred.
• Residence within the specific geography; travel up to 50%.
• At least 5 years clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings; nurse educator background a plus.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish and prior Ambassador experience desirable.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills; capable of managing multiple territories.
• Proficient in virtual platforms, documentation, MS Office, and iPad technology.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for in-field assignments and coverage; valid driver’s license required.
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekend work; private workspace at home.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education via telephonic, video, secure messaging, email, and SMS.
• Provide in-person education only when covering territory vacancies or LOA.
• Facilitate connections to program-approved resources and encourage dialogue with providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with KPIs and standards.
• Collaborate with District Managers; participate in training and mentoring new team members.
• Coordinate connections between patients and program-approved resources.
• Educate patients on disease states and prescribed medications.
• Empower patients to adhere to treatment plans under HCP guidance.
• Foster dialogue between patient and health care provider.
