Job summary

NK Consultancy LLC is seeking an experienced Nurse Case Management Trainer to join the Operations Support team. This remote role will build a training and development program from the ground up and shape nursing education across the organization.

You will develop training, create onboarding materials for a new software platform, coach staff, and help establish guardrails for workflows. Travel is ~10% with a Monday–Friday schedule in Central Time.

Qualifications

• Active RN or BSN license in good standing.
• Minimum 4 years of direct field case management experience (workers' comp background ideal).
• Comfortable presenting and training in a remote environment.
• Self-directed—able to work independently and help create processes and guardrails.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for new field case management nurses.
• Create training materials for our new software platform launch.
• Serve as the go-to resource for nursing and case management personnel across the organization.
• Design in-services and monitor quality of case management workflows.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Eventually train all new field case management hires company-wide.
