Job summary

NK Consultancy LLC is seeking an experienced Nurse Case Management Trainer to help build a new training program within our Operations Support team. The role blends field nursing expertise with leadership and curriculum development.

You’ll design and deliver training for new field case management nurses, create materials for a software launch, coach staff, and drive quality across workflows while expanding training to all hires company-wide.

Qualifications

• Active RN or BSN license in good standing.
• Minimum 4 years direct field case management experience (workers' comp ideal).
• Comfortable presenting and training in a remote environment.
• Self-directed—able to work independently and help create processes and guardrails.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

• Active RN or BSN license in good standing
• Minimum 4years of direct field case management experience (workers' comp background ideal)
• Comfortable presenting and training in a remote environment
• Self-directed—able to work independently and help create processes and guardrails
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in training, education, or team leadership
• Experience with software onboarding or best practices documentation
• Enthusiasm for building new programs and taking on emerging challenges

Location: Remote (primarily)
Travel: Approximately 10% (annual leadership meetings, job shadowing, occasional field support)
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Central Time
Salary Range: $100,000–$105,000 (based on experience)
Classification: Exempt
Reports to: Manager of Operations Support
