Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking a Remote NucOps Procedure Writer for a contract role at its Cranberry Twp, PA HQ with remote candidate options. You will craft and update emergency operating and operating procedures for AP1000, AP300 SMR, and eVinci designs, supporting global nuclear operations and commissioning.

You will validate scenarios in simulators, ensuring safe plant operation and effective operator training.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a licensed Reactor Operator or Senior Reactor Operator in a Commercial Nuclear Power Plant (PWR) or as an SRO Instructor/Procedure Writer.
• Past 5 years: held an SRO license or active OP writer in a Power Reactor.
• Detailed knowledge of PWR operation, systems, components, and procedures.
• U.S. Citizenship or permanent resident status required (sponsorship not available).

Responsabilités

• Develop/update EOPs and operating procedures for the AP1000, AP300 SMR, eVinci Micro Reactor and global fleet.
• Validate scenarios in control room simulators before training reactor operators.
• Collaborate with designers and operators to define safe operation of nuclear plants.
• Support commissioning of new plants and related procedures worldwide.
