Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Thermal‑Hydraulic Analysis Engineer to support licensing, design, qualification, and operability of nuclear facilities.

The role sits within the multi‑disciplinary Engineering & Safety Analysis team and offers locations in Kennesaw, GA, Kennewick, WA, Naperville, IL, FT Worth, TX, and Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Remote consideration available for 6+ years of nuclear/power industry experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nuclear, mechanical, chemical, or related engineering field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of safety analysis experience in a nuclear environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willing to travel to a plant site for meetings and/or assignments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare calculations, evaluations, engineering change packages, and licensing documents for SAR/ISA/LAR related to nuclear analysis licensing submittals.
• Perform steady-state and transient thermal-hydraulic analysis of high energy line breaks, containment response, and HVAC performance evaluations.
• Model nuclear systems using thermal-hydraulics and software tools (RELAP5, RETRAN, MELCOR, MAAP).
• Perform steady-state and transient analysis of power plant piping systems, hydrodynamic loads, and pumps using specified tools.
• Support client relations, peer reviews, NRC audits, and business development as required.
