Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience with at least 2 years in hardware testing.
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise test documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with design and systems engineering.
• Ability to translate design documents into test specifications.
• Project coordination and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between reactor/plant design groups and Commissioning/Operations.
• Coordinate creation of test abstracts and test specifications for startup operations.
• Develop and train engineers on documenting test abstracts and specs.
• Support procedure management and scheduling.
• Lead cross-discipline reviews to ensure test data availability.
• Ensure timely completion of test documentation with input from engineering teams.
• Develop and implement testing strategies for functional, regression, performance, and acceptance testing.
• Participate in design reviews to provide early feedback on testability and quality.
