Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. seeks a Nuclear Licensing Engineer for the Nuclear Services Group. This full-time role can be remote in the US or based in onsite offices. You will support licensing and regulatory work for nuclear materials programs, including SARs, MCA, FNMCP, and NRC interactions.

You will work with experienced professionals on projects advancing safe, reliable energy, managing submittals, commitments, and regulatory reviews to ensure timely, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in nuclear industry.
• Strong knowledge of MCA, FNMCP, and regulatory processes.
• Ability to present to NRC and other agencies with clarity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory support for SARs and licensing applications.
• Track past and future commitments to closure.
• Perform independent research and analysis for regulatory projects.
• Contribute to project planning regarding regulatory issues and timelines.
• Support NRC audits and inspections as needed.
