Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support Subsequent License Renewal Application projects for nuclear facilities nationwide. The role involves leading engineering tasks to prepare a complete SLRA for NRC submission and coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

Multiple locations; remote option by exception. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering (or PMP) with extensive nuclear experience, strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills, and is willing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or PMP Certification with 8 years of experience
• Familiar with NRC, NEI, and EPRI guidance documents
• Minimum 6 years in the nuclear or power industries as Engineer or Project Manager
• PE license is preferred
• Strong organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing and communication skills
• Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time

Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic engineering projects and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
• Manage client relationships and drive project success
• Identify new opportunities, shape proposals, and fuel future growth
• Mentor and develop the next generation of SLR specialists
• Help groom engineers for leadership roles and career progression
