Newport, an Ascensus company, is seeking a NQ Plan Analyst to support end-to-end administration of non-qualified plans. You will coordinate with plan sponsors, participants, and internal teams to ensure data accuracy and compliant financial transactions.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, issue resolution, and superior client service within a dynamic trustee environment. Remote-ready positions are available with a focus on accurate, timely processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in a related retirement services role.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Implement, track, monitor, and maintain client non-qualified benefit plan accounts, fund investments and distributions.
• Interpret workflows and identify efficiency opportunities while supporting key initiatives.
• Provide technical expertise and support to clients and internal partners on issues.
