One Medical is seeking a full-time, remote Advanced Practitioner to join the Virtual Medical Team for telehealth care. You will see patients via tele-health visits, triage calls, video visits, and email follow-ups, collaborating with both virtual and in-office teammates to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Candidates should have 2+ years in outpatient primary care or urgent care settings, be a licensed Advanced Practitioner, and comfortable using telehealth platforms.

Formación

• Advanced Practitioner with outpatient primary care or urgent care experience (2 years in past 5 years)
• Licensed Advanced Practice provider
• Experience using telehealth platforms and digital care tools

Responsabilidades

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, triage calls, video visits, and email follow-ups
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles
• Utilize clinical training to deliver high-quality care virtually
• Meet shift requirements including some evenings and weekends
