Job summary

FitOn is looking for a licensed Nurse Practitioner to serve as a Clinical Chart Reviewer. This remote role requires conducting patient evaluations and reviewing clinical documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on ensuring effective and evidence-based care.

The Nurse Practitioner will develop individualized care plans and engage in quality assurance efforts to improve patient outcomes. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience and an active Nurse Practitioner license are required.

Qualifications
