Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an APC Remote Primary Care InBox Support professional to remotely assist primary care teams by handling indirect patient care tasks and coordinating with on-site staff.

The role requires a Master’s degree with 3-5 years in primary care, board-certified APRN or PA-C, and a valid DEA license in NH. Responsibilities include responding to patient messages, refilling requests, coordinating care, and sharing test results. Influenza vaccination is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical field required.
• 3-5 years of clinical experience in primary care.
• Board-certified APRN or PA-C required.
• DEA license and NH licensure required.

Responsabilités

• Respond to patient calls and portal messages requiring provider input.
• Review and refill medication refill requests.
• Coordinate patient care with triage and care coordination nurses.
• Communicate lab and diagnostic test results to patients.
• Complete peer-to-peer review with insurance company for authorization of testing or treatment when needed.
• Attend regularly scheduled virtual meetings with on-site providers.
• Other duties as assigned.
