Job summary

The position supports flexible, remote work within the U.S., with schedule and duties designed to deliver quality patient care while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in PA or NP.
• Valid PA/NP license in the state of residence.
• Ability to obtain 10+ additional state licenses within 2 weeks of hire.
• Collaborative physician agreement per state scope.
• 1+ years PA/NP clinical experience with adults.
• Experience with assessments of acute/chronic conditions.
• Experience using EHR platforms to document and manage patient information.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work one weekend rotation per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual medical care and triage for patients.
• Perform virtual health assessments and referrals.
• Collaborate with other providers and healthcare team.
• Maintain complete, timely patient records and plans of care.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to policies.
