You will review AI-generated Norwegian content, provide precise feedback, maintain documentation, and help onboard and activate contributors.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Norwegian with strong writing and editing skills.
• Excellent English ability to follow guidelines and provide English feedback.
• 3+ years in Norwegian content QA, translation, or AI training workflows.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers or QAs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring and issue spotting across Norwegian items and trainers.
• Update trainers and QAs on guidelines and project changes via Discord.
• Respond to questions on Norwegian wording, tone, and cultural context.
• Create and maintain Norwegian project documentation and style guides.
• Schedule onboarding/training calls and ensure adherence to rubrics.
