Job summary

Vettedlance is seeking a Lead QA, focusing on Norwegian AI training data quality. You will spot-check outputs and reviewer work for grammar, tone, meaning, and cultural fit while maintaining style guides and calibration sets.

The role is remote, part-time (10–40 hrs/week) as an hourly contractor, with onboarding/calibration calls for trainers and reviewers to ensure consistent standards.

Qualifications

• Native-level Norwegian with strong written English.
• Prior QA, editing, localization or team-lead experience.
• Clear, specific written feedback.
• Most projects require living in a country where the language is spoken.
