Job summary

UWorld’s B2B Sales team is growing, and we are looking for a talented, driven, and relationship-focused Firm Relationship & Partnership Manager to join our Accounting & Finance Review division.

This role focuses on building relationships with CPA firms, corporations, university partners, and industry organizations in the Northeast, driving revenue for UWorld’s Accounting & Finance Review products including CPA, CMA, CIA, and CFA exam prep.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in B2B, technology, SaaS, or professional services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and revenue goals.
• Experience developing new business and growing new markets/verticals.
• Ability to manage a complex, multi-state territory and prioritize opportunities.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills with executives.
• Experience selling to executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Get-it-done attitude and results-oriented mentality.
• Organized and detail-oriented with multiple priorities and a dynamic sales pipeline.
• Knowledge of CPA, CMA, CFA, CIA markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy to increase revenue across a multi-state territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with CPA firms, corporations, and other organizations.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to renewal.
• Expand adoption of UWorld products within existing accounts.
• Develop account-specific sales and marketing strategies based on each organization’s needs.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and revenue targets.
• Establish trusted relationships with key decision-makers and leaders.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on talent development, recruiting and certification needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a top-notch customer experience.
• Present across events, webinars, and corporate/firm meetings.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings.
