Job summary

Lazarus Naturals in New York is seeking a Field Sales Rep to grow Cycling Frog in the dispensary market. You will identify opportunities, build retailer relationships, and drive revenue across chains and independents from a remote location.

This role prioritizes candidates in Brooklyn or Queens and demands strong sales skills, market insight, and the ability to coordinate with distributors, staff training, promotions, and sampling events to expand brand presence.

Qualifications

• Proven sales, lead generation, and account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell Cycling Frog products across 100+ dispensaries and manage stock/display.
• Develop bottom-up sales forecasting to support KPI delivery.
• Collaborate with distributors to identify growth opportunities.
• Create market-specific marketing and promotional plans with leadership.
• Lead local chain sales account planning and position new placements.
• Identify non-buy accounts and develop plans to gain distribution and volume.
• Visit 40–50 accounts per week and report metrics.
• Educate dispensary staff on Cycling Frog products to prioritize the brand.
• Conduct in-store and event sampling to build brand awareness and trial.
• Coordinate sampling events with VIP/Karma or Distru.
