Job summary

Lazarus Naturals is a vertically integrated CBD company led by Etz Hayim Holdings, with Cycling Frog beverage lines and a commitment to affordable products and veterans assistance. This Field Sales Rep role focuses on expanding presence in North Jersey dispensaries and driving revenue through strategic account management.

The ideal candidate will manage 100+ accounts, coordinate with distributors and cross-functional teams, and meet ambitious KPI targets in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Proven sales, lead generation, and account management experience.
• Strong networking and relationship-building to uncover new opportunities.
• Knowledge of market research and sales strategies.
• Effective written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
• Independent task management and timely deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Sell into 100+ dispensaries and manage orders and displays.
• Develop dispensary sales forecasts feeding KPIs.
• Collaborate with distributor and fulfillment for growth.
• Create market-specific marketing and promotional plans.
• Lead local chain sales and gain new placements.
• Visit 40–50 accounts weekly; build proof of concept.
• Educate budtenders on Cycling Frog products.
• Coordinate in-store samplings and events.
• Communicate opportunities with VIP/Karma/Distru/Headset/Bridge Nexus.
