Job summary

Finisterre is hiring a Community Marketing Manager in the US to lead North America community initiatives, drive brand awareness and customer acquisition, and grow revenue. The role is remote with preferred residences in Northern California, Washington, Oregon or New York.

You will shape omni-channel marketing and partner with NGO and ambassador networks to elevate the brand. You'll deliver local content and brand management while collaborating with UK HQ across time zones, and help relaunch

Qualifications

• 4+ years in retail brands on community marketing channels.
• Experience building authentic partnerships with NGOs and ambassadors.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into local NA initiatives.
• Comfortable collaborating across time zones with UK HQ.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America community function to grow brand awareness and revenue.
• Develop and execute a NA marketing strategy across channels.
• Manage ambassador relationships and NGO partnerships for credibility.
• Translate UK content to regional NA content and assets as needed.
• Coordinate PR, influencer, and experiential activities locally.
