The student will work under the Federal Work-Study program, contribute to strategic planning, and collaborate via weekly video check-ins, submitting hours with concise activity notes. This is a part-time, hourly position.

Responsibilities

• Map steps to start a nonprofit cemetery near campus or nearby town.
• Plan day-to-day operations using the Hosanna High model of family-led services.
• Outline long-term sustainability: land, people, partners, and simple systems.
• Document learnings in a living SOP for future classes.
• Attend weekly video check-ins and submit hours with brief task notes.
