You will partner with finance leadership and program directors to manage budgets, forecasts, reporting, spending controls, and financial compliance.

The role requires knowledge of nonprofit finance, Uniform Guidance, and federal funding requirements, with responsibilities including audits, training, and implementation

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of nonprofit accounting or finance experience.
• Familiarity with OMB Uniform Guidance and federally funded program requirements.
• Strong financial management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with financial management systems and data-driven budgeting/forecasting.

Aufgaben

• Develop and monitor budgets for multiple national programs.
• Produce recurring financial reports, forecasts, and planning.
• Analyze budgets and spending to advise on resource allocation.
• Maintain financial records including subgrantees.
• Provide training on budget review and financial processes.
• Prepare for audits and ensure documentation is in place.
