This Is Not a Sales or Solicitation Position All donor calls are strictly inbound . You will not:

• Make outbound calls
• Cold-call potential donors
• Solicit donations
• Search for prospective donors
• Sell products or services
• Donors call voluntarily after responding to an established nonprofit campaign.

Your responsibility is to professionally answer the call and accurately process the donor's pledge or contribution.
