Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years using QuickBooks or Xero, strong written/verbal skills, and the ability to work independently from a remote home office. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years using QuickBooks or Xero.
• Must reside in GA, FL, TN or MT.
• Spanish preferred.
• Dedicated high-speed internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounting for 30–45 nonprofit clients.
• Use QuickBooks Online to record and analyze financial data.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records and postings.
• Build relationships with clients and meet deadlines.
