Qualifications

• Spanish preferred.
• Ability to manage projects and deadlines independently.
• Experience in marketing writing and content creation.
• Proficiency in various writing styles and editing practices.
• Preferably bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as accounting representative for churches and ministries.
• Record, store, and analyze financial data using QuickBooks Online.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records, postings, and documents.
• Adhere to federal, state, and company policies and regulations.
• Reconcile financial records and report discrepancies.
• Maintain general office duties and respond to queries on accounts.
• Maintain journals and ledgers, reconcile bank transactions.
