Powernet is seeking a remote NOC Operations Lead to oversee network operations and mentor technicians. You will manage team performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain service level agreements while fostering a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience is required.
• NSE4 Certifications are mandatory.
• Expert in troubleshooting and maintaining network environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day NOC functions and ensure SLA compliance.
• Serve as a primary escalation point for technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and maintain firewalls, switches, and wireless systems.
• Lead priority incident calls and facilitate post-incident analyses.
