Job summary

Southeast Restoration Group (SRG) is seeking a compassionate NOC Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers during emergencies. You will listen, gather critical information, and guide families through the restoration process with calm, empathy, and clear communication.

In this fast-paced role, you will manage intake across multiple systems such as PSA, Proven CRM, Podium, and insurance portals, coordinate with branches and project managers, and ensure timely follow-up while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience or related roles preferred.
• Experience operating a multi-line phone system strongly preferred.
• Restoration/insurance industry experience a plus but not required.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer calls and inquiries, creating a positive and reassuring first impression of SRG.
• Gather detailed information from customers and referral sources using established intake procedures to support project initiation.
• Manage a multi-line phone system during business hours, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Accurately enter and maintain information across PSA, Proven CRM, Podium, and TPAs.
• Coordinate with branch locations, operations teams, PMs, and internal stakeholders to ensure opportunities are routed appropriately and followed up promptly.
• Explain the restoration process and next steps with clear communication and reassurance during stressful situations.
• Identify missing information, clarify customer needs, and resolve intake-related issues to ensure a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with NOC team members and location personnel to maintain service excellence and drive process improvements.
