Job summary

Southeast Restoration Group (SRG) is seeking a compassionate NOC Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers during property emergencies. You will gather information, guide next steps, and coordinate across systems to ensure a smooth intake.

In a fast-paced, remote-capable role, you will manage multi-line calls, enter data across PSA, CRM, Podium, and insurer portals, and collaborate with branches and project managers to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service, admin support, call center, intake coordination, dispatch, or related experience preferred.
• Experience operating a multi-line phone system strongly preferred.
• Restoration industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience in insurance, property services, customer care, hospitality, retail, healthcare, or other customer-focused industries valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer calls and inquiries, creating a positive and reassuring first impression.
• Gather detailed information from customers and referral sources using established intake procedures.
• Answer and manage incoming calls during business hours with professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness during high-volume periods.
• Enter and maintain information across PSA, Proven CRM, Podium, and insurer portals.
• Coordinate with branch locations, operations teams, project managers, and internal stakeholders for timely follow-up.
• Help customers understand the restoration process and next steps with clear communication.
• Identify missing information, clarify customer needs, and resolve intake issues to ensure a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with NOC team members and location personnel to balance workload and drive process improvements.
