Job summary

Kraft Kennedy offers a part-time paid internship within the Support Practice Group/Network Operations Center. This remote role runs 25 hours per week with flexible scheduling, and provides exposure to cloud and on-premise technologies used in the legal industry.

You will learn client environments, work with Microsoft, VMware, Cisco equipment, and align with our C.L.I.E.N.T. service approach while building practical IT skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interest in technology and related college major.
• Very organized and detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy and follow up.
• Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting.
• Some experience with Windows desktop or server operating systems is preferred.
• Some experience with networking hardware and basics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn about client environments and various technologies used therein.
• Work on environments utilizing the full breadth of cloud and on premise technology in the legal industry.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and networking equipment from vendors such as Microsoft, VMware, Cisco.
• Tickets are assigned or scheduled by the on-duty dispatcher.
• Learn and embody the C.L.I.E.N.T. service philosophy in ongoing work.
