Mura Law Group, PLLC is seeking a detail-oriented No-Fault Paralegal to support its busy New York no-fault arbitration and litigation practice. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files efficiently.

Responsibilities include coordinating arbitration, EUOs, filing pleadings, discovery, and submissions, and maintaining meticulous case documentation while communicating with clients, carriers, and medical providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of no-fault experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with strong multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all no-fault arbitration, litigation, and examination under oath (EUO) files.
• Prepare and file pleadings, discovery, and arbitration submissions.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and medical providers.
• Maintain accurate case files, calendars, and documentation.
