Qualifications

• Experienced no fault paralegal capable of handling complex trial preparation and coordination.
• Ability to communicate with Claims to plan final trial strategies and schedules.
• Strong understanding of no fault defense issues and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Claims regarding final trial plans.
• Coordinate scheduling of all witnesses for trial with vendors and in-house witnesses.
• Prepare expert witnesses and ensure timely submission of motions and briefs.
• Enter witness names on shared calendars and send reminders two days before trial.
• Prepare physical files for trial and maintain plan for all final trials.
• Follow established procedures for Trial De Novo cases and related arbitrations.
