Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Onsite Contact Call Center Agent contractor to support Medicaid queries from a home office in New Mexico. The role runs Monday–Friday, with an 8‑hour shift within 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Mountain Time.

Engagement is through Manpower Group as the employer of record, for a 12‑month term with potential extension. Applicants should have at least 2 years of call center and general customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and solid computer skills, including MS

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service.
Minimum 2 years Call Center Experience.
Proficiency with computers, including internet navigation, email, and data entry.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming and conduct outbound communications via phone, chat, and email.
Follow established call flows and scripts to ensure consistency and quality.
Relay accurate findings, decisions, and outcomes to customers regarding Medicaid eligibility and benefits.
Answer inquiries about Medicaid and other programs; document call information in logs.
Research and review customer inquiries using multiple systems and relay outcomes.
Assist with re-certifying to retain benefits and with switching insurance coverage.
