Job summary

Molina Healthcare is hiring a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative. This role is remote but candidates must reside in New Mexico.

Shift will be Monday through Friday 11am to 7:30pm MST. You will handle inbound/outbound pharmacy calls, process prior authorizations, explain policies, and support call center operations. Requires 1 year of related experience and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year related experience, including call center or customer service.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently on special projects.
• Ability to multitask while speaking with members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from members, providers and pharmacies.
• Provide coordination and processing of prior authorization requests and appeals.
• Explain policies and guidelines to providers, members and pharmacies.
• Assist with clerical tasks and day-to-day call center operations.
• Communicate plan benefits and prior authorization outcomes.
• Record calls accurately in the call tracking system.
• Maintain call quality and productivity standards.
• Interact with providers to ensure member records are current.
• Support pharmacists with medication reviews as needed.
