Placements24 is seeking a talented AI Engineer with a specialization in NLP to join their fully remote engineering team. This role shapes intelligent systems that understand human language and power chatbots, sentiment analysis, translation, and summarization.

The ideal candidate has strong ML/DL and NLP knowledge, superb Python skills, and a drive to solve linguistic challenges in a remote, collaborative setting. Work from anywhere with a state-of-the-art tech stack.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying NLP solutions.
• Strong understanding of NLP concepts, techniques, and libraries.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Experience with transformer-based models and Hugging Face is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement NLP models and algorithms using Python and libraries (NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face).
• Build and fine-tune deep learning models for text classification, NER, QA, and language generation.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate NLP into products.
• Process and analyze large text datasets for model training.
• Evaluate models and implement optimization strategies.
• Stay current with NLP research and advancements.
