You will ensure conversational and voice AI stay reliable and scalable while maintaining production AI services. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in production AI, strong Python skills, and a solid grasp of distributed systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with production AI applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini.
• Understanding of software architecture and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance AI-powered capabilities across existing products.
• Implement new AI features and integrate emerging AI technologies.
• Ensure conversational and voice AI solutions remain reliable and scalable.
• Integrate and maintain LLMs and AI services within production applications.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines and agent workflows.
• Monitor and resolve AI-related production issues.
