Job summary

Deeplocal is seeking a New Business Strategist to open doors with prospective clients and align growth objectives with strategic selling. You will own early client conversations, build authentic relationships, and steer the development of pitches and RFP responses.

The role demands sharp strategy, strong communication, and the ability to work across creative and technical teams. Open to remote candidates outside Pittsburgh, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a relevant field, and/or 2–4 years in a related role, ideally client-facing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and teammates.
• Ability to translate insights into clear narratives and strategic recommendations.
• Comfort with marketing strategy concepts and presenting them to clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify target customers and articulate Deeplocal’s value proposition to win new work.
• Develop strategic plans to reach and convert potential clients.
• Present Deeplocal’s offerings in compelling pitches and coordinate stakeholder involvement.
• Maintain and edit business development materials including decks and case studies.
• Manage CRM leads and ensure timely, accurate data entry and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine pitches and responses to RFPs.
