Servier is seeking an Executive Director, Head of Sales - Neurology to build and lead a national sales team for the potential sevasemten launch in Becker muscular dystrophy and to strengthen the Neurology portfolio.

The role reports to the VP, Commercial Neuro and works with Marketing, Patient Services, Market Access, and other cross-functional leaders to achieve sales targets and ensure readiness of the organization.

Qualificações

• 15+ years total pharmaceutical, biotech or medical commercial experience with a minimum of 7 years of sales management and leadership experience.
• Significant experience working in rare diseases or neuromuscular therapeutic areas.
• Experience in launching first to market products.
• Direct leadership experience as well as leading in a Matrix environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent organizational/time management skills and ability to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Overall leadership, management, and motivation of the sales organization.
• Identify, recruit, hire, develop and retain talent on their team.
• Instil compliant, ethical leadership responsibilities in the sales organization.
• Creates a vision for the sales force and develops referral and patient-finding strategy.
• Manages deployment of the sales force to maximize ROI and achieve revenue targets.
• Provide performance improvement by observing performance and working with senior teams to address key accounts.
• Develops and implements programs to create a world-class sales organization.
• Collaborates with analytics and salesforce effectiveness partners to monitor performance.
• Ensures training programs develop selling skills and disease state knowledge.
• Supports home office plans, budgets, and forecasts; builds relationships with key opinion leaders.
