Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate coding of medical records in accordance with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS guidelines.
• Review and resolve coding discrepancies, denials, and documentation issues promptly.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards while managing assigned work queues and chart reviews.
