Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PharmD, RN, or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10–12+ years institutional sales, market access, or account management in pharma/biotech.
• Experienced with hospital/AMC formulary processes and P&T committees.
• Launch experience in rare disease/neurology a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of ~10–12 AMCs and neuromuscular centers as institutional lead.
• Develop account plans, formulary strategy, stakeholder mapping and patient access paths.
• Lead formulary submissions, P&T presentations, and contracting alignment.
• Build deep relationships with neurology leaders, pharmacists, and infusion directors.
