Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Neurology Account Director to drive the launch and ongoing performance of a C5 inhibitor for generalized myasthenia gravis across 10–12 AMCs and neuromuscular centers in the U.S. This remote role covers the South Central region (TX, AR, LA) with up to 60–70% travel and overnight expeditions.

You will manage formulary strategy, stakeholder mapping, and patient access pathways, while building long-term partnerships with hospital leadership and neurology departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PharmD, RN, or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 10-12+ years institutional sales, market access, or account management experience in pharmaceutical/biotech.
• Experience with hospital/AMC formulary processes, P&T committee engagement, and institutional buy-and-bill contracting.
• Strong clinical acumen with ability to engage physicians, pharmacists, and medical directors; travel 60-70% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of approximately 10-12 AMCs and neuromuscular centers in the U.S. region as the institutional commercial lead.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans including formulary strategy and patient access pathways.
• Navigate institutional buying environments including P&T committees and hospital contracting.
• Build and maintain relationships with neurology leaders, treating physicians, and infusion center staff.
• Track KPIs, present quarterly business reviews, and contribute to territory realignment and expansion planning.
