Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals seeks an experienced Neurology Account Manager to drive strategic engagement with healthcare professionals, KOLs and epilepsy centers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business plans, analyze data, and advance patient access initiatives.

The role welcomes senior candidates and may create a requisition for additional expertise as business needs evolve. Travel up to 40% is required in the US market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years biotech/pharmaceutical experience.
• Successful biotech/pharma product launch experience with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Specialty pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Account management skills demonstrated in institutions and private practice settings.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high performance driven by trust, respect and a culture of compliance.
• Contribute to development and implementation of key sales enablers with partners.
• Establish relationships with customers, KOLs and epilepsy centers locally.
• Identify and engage with thought leaders and HCPs.
• Foster ownership and accountability to maximize company goals.
• Analyze data and leverage CRM to inform strategic plans.
• Manage promotional budgets in line with compliance policies.
• Travel up to 40% and support regional and national meetings.
