Job summary

Synthires is seeking board-certified neurologists for remote, hourly contract work evaluating healthcare AI models. You will review de-identified charts and assess AI-generated responses in neurology to improve accuracy and safety.

Contractors will compare two AI outputs, write rationales, and flag potential errors. Requires U.S. license, residency/fellowship training, and at least one year of independent practice. Flexible, part-time hours and immediate start offered.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Neurology via ABMS or AOA.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
• Residency and fellowship training where required.
• Currently practicing and seeing patients in the United States.
• At least one year of independent practice after training.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated neurology responses for clinical accuracy, safety, and adherence to current standards of care.
• Review patient charts and compare two AI-generated responses to determine which is stronger.
• Write structured rationales assessing clinical rigor, completeness, and clarity.
• Identify and flag errors that could compromise patient safety.
