Job summary

CareMore Health is seeking a Network Relations Consultant to enhance PCP performance including PAHAF completion, AWV metrics, and Star ratings.

The role builds and maintains provider relationships through on-site visits, education on policies, and prompt issue resolution, with travel to multiple locations as needed. You will coordinate contracts, support provider training, and ensure high-quality service to our provider community in a dynamic managed-care environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience including 2 years as a Network Management Rep.
• Willing to travel to worksite and other locations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains positive provider relationships with provider community through on-site visits, education and issue resolution.
• Resolves provider issues and educates on policies and procedures.
• Coordinates contracts and non-routine claim issues as needed.
• Coordinates and conducts provider training and distributes relations materials.
• Supports provider education and recruitment strategies and monitors utilization patterns.
