Job summary

Softheon, Inc. is seeking a Network Manager for the Infrastructure team. This remote, hands-on leadership role will oversee the design, deployment, and reliability of our network across on‑premises and cloud environments while collaborating with Security and Cloud teams.

You will mentor the network engineers, manage on‑call rotations, and drive improvements in security, monitoring, and incident response. Requires CCNA/CCNP and 5+ years in network roles; remote-first with occasional HQ visits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in network engineering, administration, or related role.
• At least 1 year of experience managing or leading a technical or network team.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise network infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and critical incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own design, architecture, and health of Softheon’s network infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Configure, implement, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks.
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
