Jobgether SRL seeks a Network Engineering Sr Manager in the United States to lead engineering and operations for enterprise, cloud, and data center networks. You will guide architecture, implementation, and ongoing optimization across government-ready programs, mentoring managers, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing network engineering teams, with 7+ years preferred.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience in network engineering and architecture.
• Experience leading teams responsible for enterprise network infrastructure and service delivery.
• Practical experience with Cisco Data Center technologies and Palo Alto platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise and cloud networking architectures and automation approaches.
• Strong leadership and people management skills including mentoring and resource allocation.
• Experience overseeing budgets, schedules, and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Define priorities, delegate responsibilities, oversee schedules, budgets, resources, and quality.
• Mentor engineering managers and staff, promoting professional development.
