Job summary

Softheon Inc. is seeking a Network Manager to lead and hands-on manage our network infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments. This remote-first role combines engineering depth with people leadership to ensure security, reliability, and performance.

You will own design, configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation while guiding a team, coordinating with Security and Infrastructure. Candidates must reside in US time zones and be available beyond 9–5 as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in network engineering or related role.
• At least 1 year of managing or leading a technical/network team.
• Hands-on experience with on-premises and cloud network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, architecture, and health of Softheon’s network infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain network across on-premises and cloud.
• Configure, implement, troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks.
• Monitor performance, availability, and capacity; address issues proactively.
• Lead and develop network team; oversee on-call rotation.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
